She is so fat that her features are distorted - it’s a thing that happens with fat faces. If you look straight at her long enough (especially when her hair is up), you start to notice that her face shape and features are very abnormal. She’s lost her eyebrows and her eyelashes due to her fatness and her nose especially looks fucked up.

I don't want to say that she's lost all of her eyelashes, but yes, getting fat does make your body hair become less prominent. That's why in one of her last "let's talk" videos she claimed she didn't have pubes. Her gunt fupa has stretched out to the point where hair growth would be extremely minimal.
Look at her first couple of videos in comparison to the iconic makeup-free streams we got this summer. Sure, 2013 Amber might've filled in her eyebrows - but they actually have a shape. 2021 Amber has significant eyebrow hair loss.
