Exactly, and it’s not going to work. Her life is beyond boring, and we’ve seen every part of this cycle. That’s why no one is watching. We all been knew that she would order three takeout meals in one day sooner or later.

Also, there’s a new Bandaid situation type deal on her arm. Probably another “cat scratch” that won’t heal within the next 5 years.

And why the fuck did she order a third meal if she had indian leftovers? Also she said she kept eating till she was "full" but IIRC with intuitive eating, aren't you supposed to stop eating when you're satisfied, not full?

I feel we are in stage 2 of the cycle, on the cusp of 3. She never formally announced quitting counting calories, she just sort of jumped directly into intuitive eating, and she's suggesting she's about to quit that, which I believe would put her firmly in category 3.

When youre Ambers size you should stick to not eating till youre full cause the stomach is so stretched out it can take in way more food than you actually need.

I was surprised when she ordered more food after the Indian food cause she ordered so much of it. I also noticed she only showed the chicken was barely touched because she devoured the naan, rice and samosas. Gurl loves her a carb moment.

Clearly you don't understand intuitive eating then. NO INTENTIONAL WEIGHTLOSS is acceptable under intuitive eating, even just a few pounds. Intuitive eating therapists even have to sign off that they will not promote intentional weightloss at all before they can hang out their shingle. It is absolutely rooted in HAES. It's laughable that a reputable therapist would recommend an intuitive eating counsellor for ALR, and it would certainly not be acceptable to a professional connected to a bariatric practice.

Mindful eating and intuitive eating are two very different things. Intentional weightloss is absolutely NOT allowed in the intuitive eating realm. It's actually written into the conditions of accreditation for intuitive eating therapists.

I sometimes think there's just not enough distractions for ALR to focus on something else other than food. Apparently online shopping isn't enough for her. And with Facebook's ad algorithms evolving, along with that of Google's, she's going to be seeing more ads about food. If only the World Health Organization does something about these targeted algorithms so morbidly obese people like ALR don't see ads about food and restaurants on the internet all the time.

While I understand why you think this; HAES ruin all they touch- intuitive eating is from food disorder recovery programs especially for men and women who are competitive body builders and models. Stephiane Buttermore does a really great series regarding her recovery with it I highly suggest it.

Amberlynn is just a fat fuckin slob who will use whatever excuse she can to binge and not address the sources of her food issues.

Look...I don't want to defend Amber but I was super curious about this whole soda costing almost 15 dollars ordering nothing else. But it's absolutely true. I put in her apartment to the mcdonalds Right by her and it came out exactly. Just in case you forgot how much uber eats charges you for taxes and fees on top of delivery and tip. Soda from that mcdonalds is 1.29 idk why. But she could have done the same thing I did, showed a pic of the price and claimed she bought it lmao.

Not only the wastefulness. The absolute stupidity not to even pay for the uber eats pass and get free fucking deliveries and shit. The amount shes spent on delivery, taxes, tips (the fucking small cart fees) could have funded building a school in some third world country. Sometimes her lack of intelligence is awe inspiring.

Interestingly if you enter a $0 tip and a $4 big mcnuggies you’ll get the same price. I know Amber loves to spend money but nothing says she’s a good tipper.

I'm inclined to believe that she doesn't tip well and maybe the delivery was on surge pricing or something. Does Uber Eats do that? I'm pretty sure Doordash does depending on where you're getting delivery from and the time of day
