It would only be difficult in the sense of discipline, most 500 pound people don’t get there through eating 1200 calories a day with a diet consisting of mostly fruits and vegetables. So yes, it’s basic logic of “burn more than you intake”, the law of thermodynamics doesn’t discriminate with fatties. Literally just eat less, and drink more water, and most of it sheds off like butter.

I thought this too, I think the positive comment section has driven away even the most stubborn Haydurz (I mean the new ALR facade isn't helping either). It's unbearable and the truthful comments that do appear under her original videos get pounced on by the Fat Cunt Arselicker Brigade.

I think her comments were one of the main reasons people watched her shit. She's fucked herself up.
 
Just a reminder: If Amber could limit herself to 3500 calories a day, she would not stop losing weight until she hit 485 lbs.
