While I suggested Chantal go to Kick because she's Canadian and the exchange rate is in her favor, the thing about current Kick community is pretty much Twitch of 2012 - 2016. I don't think Amber could take it tbh. Though she might have to to make money, they do pay the most and they have said if people have gotten to partner on another platform they can jump the line on Kick and get partner there, Which means she could instantly get paid for every hour she streamed.

I have no idea if deleting her channel would hurt her or not. But it's the only way I could see her making it on Kick. I don't think she (or Chantal) would be able to stream enough to get affiliate without the extra boost though. I don't think that they could put up the comments to get to the point of being paid.

Imagine the look on a possible employers face, if she is actually applying to jobs (that is a big if), when they do a background check. I know most minimum wage jobs in my country don't do background checks for stuff like that, but America may be different. If she's applying for a court transcriber, they will absolutely do a background check, and they wouldn't want to touch her with a 10-foot pole.

It amuses me when people act as though a job like "court transcriber" is even a possibility, but darn that rotten background check!

A job like that requires actual training and skills, and in many cases additional certifications and/or qualifications. The only place an application from an uneducated, unskilled, 600 pound lump of scabs and lymph fluid with zero relevant work history is going is straight into the recycling bin.

A long time ago, I looked into court transcriber as a possible profession because there was a shady school nearby that was teaching it. I asked around, and I learned that due to a high retention rate and nepotism, the chances that I'd actually get hired as a transcriber after "graduating" the school was practically nil. I found out that the courses were a scam along the lines of the bartender school and the film school. They'd teach you some stuff, but they mostly made their money by selling people equipment they didn't need for jobs that didn't require certification.

Apparently court transcribers don't give up their jobs until they retire because their hands fall apart. When they do, there's a long list of relatives of courthouse employees that are eager to take up the job. The district attorney's kid and the police chief's wife are far more likely to get the job than some rando with a certificate from a shady school.

Still at 8 total cameos. ~$700 so $350-$400 after taxes and cameos cut.

Not getting her very far. I'm sure there will be multiple uploads at some point today whenever she starts her 8 hour awake cycle.
