I think this is exactly what happened. Emily just left out the stuff about being on a publicly visible feeder fetish site with her fatty. This is only a problem for Hamber because it enabled her audience to identity Emily as having a legit feeder fetish, instead of just loving extra large ladies narrative.
Emily might have mentioned Colleen being involved with feeder sites and stuff, excusing it as a way for her to help Colleen make $$ while bedbound, but Amber didn’t count on it being something the general public could dig up. I think she’s fine with the feeder fetish as long as it’s private matter.
I doubt Emily is even a true lesbian, judging by her baby daddy, I think she only cares about fat. Either gender will do as long as it’s draped in lard.
