I think Amber is a lesbian in so much as fucking with dick terrifies her. Gorl is fucking ruled by her childhood. Even if there is an attraction to men there, she will never move on enough to go there without having a full meltdown over it. Lesbians have waaaay higher standards than the pervy guys with a fetish who must slide into her DMs, but Amber will scrape the bottom of the barrel to avoid feeling discomfort and experiencing emotional growth for a second.

Watch her go over 600 if Jade makes her touch a penis.
 
Well, I suppose we now know why wipey doesn't want to be on camera. Her medication must control her epilepsy such that she's able to maintain an active driver's license ... I can't see what regular accommodations she might need other than perhaps some flexibility with scheduling because the medication makes her fatigued? If she's been actively having breakthrough seizures, she shouldn't be driving,
 
It sounded like they wanted her to return to work in office like normal people, but Fat Jade could catch covid which could make her have a seizure.

She's just fat and lazy and commuting to an office cuts into her babysitting time. Sure doesn't look like she's afraid of covid initiating a seizure being a food fetcher at McDonald's.
 
I can't get the court documents to load on my phone for some reason, but if I remember correctly the case is from only a few months ago, and the company is HQed in NYC according to crunchbase. Given the timeline it seems like epilepsy-covid is a cover for "moved out of the state to live with super morbidly obese dimwit and didn't think to double check on the permanency of WFH"

Looks like her employment was termed before moving in with Amber. This states she was let go in September 2020, and also claimed her condition was getting worse and worse and worse. Which would be interesting information for her drivers license status. Those having active seizures arent typically allowed to drive.

Her step count is complete bullshit. Even 2000 steps plus, in a one level apartment is not realistic. People who live in a 3 or 4 bed house, who go up and down stairs a few times per day would struggle to hit that number . The only extra steps she would get in, are if she has to answer the door for her deliveries and when she's filming, so she can prove all the hates are wrong.
As for 'actively losing weight', taking her day 1 to be our day 0... In 4 days, Her Royal Fatness, starting at just shy of 500 pounds, has somehow gained 2 pounds.
As for her calories, over 5 days, she's pretending to average out at a little over 2500 per day. She would be losing weight quite easily if this were true. Instead of gaining, she'd be losing the same numbers, if not more.

Because of her size you probably wouldn't see instant weight loss, her fat would turn into muscle and the only way she would really see a difference is by measuring herself (bust, hips and waist).

Maybe she's on pills for weight loss or the diabetic injection ozempic. Who knows, all we do know is that she's fat and no one would have sex with her.

Jade's title was "Customer Experience Manager", which sounds like a job any idiot could do. She made $52k.

What exactly is she trying to accomplish? Does she want her job back or just to be paid out through an out-of-court settlement? Since she claims discrimination due to her physical condition, does she has to prove that she can't work because of it? If she holds a driving licence, would this make her case weaker? Maybe Amber should start to learn to drive.

The idea of Amber driving makes me think of Dottie from My 600 Pound Life. She could drive, but she had to tear out the driver's seat so she could fit.

At any rate, that would show some autonomy and independence in her life, and Amber is 1000% against that situation type deal unless it involves shoving food into her mouth and buying cheap plastic crap.

The idea of shitting the bed like that on a $52k job makes me mild mati. IDK how good that is in New York but in my area that's comfortable middle class. A receptionist job pays like half that in my area.

Filed on 14th February, but states that Jade resides in Suffolk County, New York - lahs

Legit question, in these type of cases won’t companies hire private investigators to follow the person around and see how disabled they actually are? Or am I thinking of insurance fraud?
