Honestly, I'd have a modicum of respect for her if she just finally dropped this whole "weightloss journey" nonsense. She doesn't want to lose weight, maybe she did once upon a time but it's a moot point anymore. She's perfectly content and happy being a gluttonous bint and living to consume everything around her, so just lean into it fully and completely.
All of her "weightloss" and "diets" and the like are purely performative, as has been said here multiple times but I feel like it gets forgotten. So just stop this useless charade and going in circles, it's beyond stale and boring. Show us layygs, what you  really eat, and just give up this absurd dainty persona you have. There is nothing dainty or feminine or desirable in relation to being a 550-lb unwashed, greasy, diabetes-riddled behemoth.
