Late to this, but I can attest saying penmanship does alter from pen to pen. I don’t think it’s a big enough conspiracy to dig into, the bigger conspiracy is her lying about how much shit she eats.

I believe we are still in stage 1 of the new cycle (Redemption) where she is losing, but the chick fil a is pretty good indicator of a shift to stage 2, as well as the "cooking with me" lately.

I am more intrigued about how long she will do this. We know that in the past when she did this, she had a cheat day at the end of the week, then it ended to be two days, then pretty well every day were cheat days. She will follow this for as long as she sees progress even if it is small. It reinforces her delusion that she is an expert in weight loss. However, it will come to a time when her hunger will overwhelm her. She will then be another phase that will be explained by her mental issues.

Camera angles and filters could make it appear much larger than it is. Looks like it could well be a tablespoon measure to me if she were in Aus. Even if she shows the actual measurement, it pays to remember they vary between countries just as clothing sizes vary. There are metric and imperial measures. From memory a US tablespoon is 14.8ml while in Australia it's 20ml. English and Canadian measurements can be different again. Even the standard cup measurement varies with the US cup being 240ml and the Aus cup being 250ml. One of many reasons why people on a diet are told to weigh their ingredients not use spoon or cup measures.

If there’s another farmer who can clean this up a little bit please do, but all I’m making out here are the words “2 waffles” “peanut butter” “turkey bacon” and “creamer" for breakfast, “sriracha mayo” with something else for lunch, “tender teriyaki” for snack, and “chicken BBQ” (or "chicken - 230") with “veg” and “sauce” for dinner. Not sure about the number for the calorie total at the bottom.

I had a go, didn't have much more luck. I take back my earlier assertion, after downloading the video in higher quality, the previous days food diary entry is clearly visible. Doesn't take away from the fact that she's been dieting for weeks, says she 'always' leaves her food diary in the kitchen, yet has only tracked for two days.



The previous days entry reads like -

It's the unavoidable morbidly obese waddle, she moves like an older person with fucked up hips, trying to limit the pain. Probably cause she's got fucked up hips, and is trying to limit the pain.

Amber does not have the capacity to write something that precise. It is clearly dictated by Wifey. The main purpose of diaries for her is to buy them, not using them.

With her weight on her stomach, she cannot walk upright and must waddle. And you are right, she is always in pain.

If indeed she eats only 1,600 calories a day, and knowing that she needs 4,200 calories to maintain her weight, it means that she should be losing about 5 pounds a week. If it is less, this food diary entry is just for show.

I can never really understand the "rebranding" that Amber does every so often to impress new people. There are SO many videos out there showing how she really is that it makes the fake-normal-niceness even more awful.

As for whether or not the handwriting in the planner is hers, I think it is.
I think she gets these journals and dayplanners and spends her time carefully detailing how she wants her day to go, writes detailed lists of all the "right things," puts cute stickers on it and then acts like it's reality.
Those tidy well-organized lists of wholesome foods with the calorie count listed? Sure, she may have eaten that.
She isn't going to hastily write in the takeout order she also had though, because it would ruin the aesthetic of the list and would be too honest.

The dopamine hit is in the planning, not the doing.

Agree. She wrote this in the morning hoping that it is all she will be eating. Everything she plans is aspirational. It looks like the list from numerous diets to reach a certain amount of calories while maintaining nutrition. If it was that easy to lose weight by following a list like this, no one would be obese. She might follow it for a few days then go off track as she fights hunger. We saw this so many times.

But for some reason it's working this time. She has to be actually deleting and blocking bad comments, because not a single one is in her last few videos. She doesn't have has many comments as she usually does either. I can't believe so many people are falling for it. It's the same thing she has done every other time she manages to lost a few pounds.

She (or, more accurately, Jade) has also been very invested in liking/"hearting" dozens of comments per video.

I think we're seeing some very carefully curated interaction these days.
