She’s doing exactly what she did on camera the other day with the wings and biscuit. She tried to be dainty and pretend like she was gonna “save the rest for later” like we don’t know that she ate the rest as soon as the camera cut.
They’re probably going to restaurants and Amber is taking the rest home as leftovers if her mom is staying somewhere else. If her mom is staying with them at the Stink Shack, she’s getting Becky to sneak food in. That’s my tinfoil for the day.

Then again, her mom might make her just self conscious enough to control herself. She is delusionally obsessed with her even though she’s the reason Al grew up in foster care.

I'm so angry because the previous picture before the pink drink sounded like it was such a pain to have "constant appointments". Cancer is taking a field trip inside of her body and she thinks she definitely needs a sugary drink

edit: as far as PinkDrink... it was a big day for our gorl. Maybe she got the words "surgery" and "sugary" confused
