The Assanti episodes, while not showing him in a good way, didn't really address a lot of the things he did that are documented via Youtube, Facebook, Dr Phil. Viewers found this stuff out themselves, and that's one of the reasons why he has become the most hated person on the show - even outshining folks like Penny and Schnee.

Regarding the amount of lexapro Amberlynn is (not) taking, the dose might actually be the same as a person with a normal BMI. Because it’s more water soluble than fat soluble, she may take the same dose as anyone else since she doesn’t actually have that much more water in her, despite her weight. If the drug was fat soluble she would need to take a higher dose. The pharmacist I asked said that with people her weight they don’t actually know what the appropriate dosing is because they haven’t done enough studies on it.
The reason the doctor wants to see her is probably to make sure the antidepressants are working for her and to see if she’s doing ok.

I know I'm :late: as fuck but it blows my mind that there are actual human beings who consciously chose to not work and apparently their family is okay with it. Like ,what can you do just sitting in home, day in and day out ,without doing anything with your life??? I was 10days in hospital after surgery and I damn near went insane because there's only so much Netflix and YouTube you can watch before ypu get bored. But I did find kiwi farms at that time so at least something good came out of it

The doctor would have to check Liver function to make sure she's actually metabolising it. Considering how big she is she's going to have a lot of problems with her liver which would require constant monitoring.

Also, one of the side effects of Lexapro is QT prolongation which can lead to long QT syndrome and TdP. She'd probably need a regular ECG to check this out.

The final thing that made me laugh is that there is no association between Lexapro and weight gain. 6 months of Lexapro caused a 0.6kg increase in weight which was insignificant compared to the placebo (+0.2kg; Baldwin et al, 2007).

I think it has been established many times that these people are on the lower tier of society. This is satisfying existence for them. It is not dumb or autistic to assert that Eric is a brainless attention whore but he didn't start vlogging until Amber moved in and it was ostensibly at her urging. His vlogs ended up getting views from whale watchers so he kept going with it. When Amber leaves though, so will his viewers; even putting aside his grating muppet lisp and constant tautologising he simply doesn't make very interesting videos (although they're more interesting than the unbelievably dull recent offerings from Amber)
