I knew someone who watched the show because she wanted to fuck the ghoul character. Before you ask, no, she never played a Fallout game.
If you think that's bad, wait until you learn who wrote America's character in The Frontier

I liked everything involving googly-eyes and her travails through the wasteland. Couldn't give a flying shit about her brother, the ghoul's endless flashbacks or the overarching story. Season 1 was a great three hour movie stuffed into the bloated corpse of a 10 hour streaming show. I have the sad feeling season 2 won't be much different.

Why are they going to try to pin the nuclear war on Mr. House? What the fuck would he gain from ruining the world? Nuclear war is bad for business.

Omfg, they cast Kumail Nanjiani as Maxson. No matter how much steroids he injects, he;s still a helium voiced jeet nerd. Nobody believes him as any sort of manly character.

I was watching Enclave Emily react to the trailer. Somehow they managed to make something worse than the first season.
The guy with the vagina mutation on his chest...
The Kings are ghouls who somehow dance or mimick Elvis? Fucking hell.

REMEMBER THE DINO IN NOVAC!? I MEMBER!
"Fallout is a le memey chungs game"
Bethesda's Fallout, maybe. New Vegas was always one of the more grounded titles unless you specifically picked the Wild Wastelands trait

Then again, that would require the weeb avatar with the Palestinian flag to actually know anything about the franchise, something tells me every single take he has in his life is wrong or godawful. Either way, shows who the target audience for the show is if the first two things that come to your mind when you think of it is: 1) The awful humor 2) Writing aimed at redditors

I still saying:
  • New Vegas without Wild Wasteland: revival of FO1 without the most dark parts.
  • New Vegas with Wild Wasteland: revival of FO2 without the most insane parts.

They've moved up the premier date to Wednesday at 9pm EST now. Episodes are now weekly instead of being dumped all at once.

He's for the consoomer mainstream audience who'll lap anything up and the retards who think RRR was the most genuine depiction of Indian men on the planet.

The Khans and Primm Slim fucking live!
Primm Slim my GOAT.

As for the episode itself, it's not high art or anything, but the inclusion of Vault 24 (New Vegas cut content) gives me faith that the writers actually did their homework and have some reverence for the source material. I also think the mind control device is interesting (presumably RobCo's competitor to the Big Mt slave collars) and they did a good job of making it look like it belongs in the world.

Finally, correct me if I'm wrong, but the communist mind control projection is from 76, right? I think I remember seeing it in a lore video a while back.
