No, you and you alone will live forever in the greatest anomaly of all human history. Though we as a species will try to understand the circumstances in which one man transcended mortality we will consistently fail through subsequent generations until eventually there are no subsequent generations and the earth is eventually devoured in the flame of our dying sun. You alone will tumble through the vacuum of space, denied the release of death... the last remnant of our species. Perhaps one day, after tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of years a cosmic miracle on a scale so epic it cannot be comprehended by our feeble minds will occur and an intelligent alien species will find you adrift in the stars and grant you reprieve of...
To escape death you got three options.
1. Religion is real and your soul will live on for all eternity. Easiest but you will only know it work after you pass the end.
2. You make such an impact your legacy and the idea of you lives on but that hinges on out society continuing to exist. Very difficult since you need to create a legacy as big as Alexander the great or Jesus of nazareth, maybe try eating the declaration of independence.
3. Join the the Mechanicus

Sadly with your extremely warped perception of time brought on by your unending existence it will seem but a blink of an eye until your savior's society falls into unremembered history as your ancestral home did. As you drift you will begin to outlive the very concepts that govern our universe, all energy being expended and all matter drifting further and further apart.

When you see the last lights of the stars forever going dark and marking the end of all things I ask you think of me, timeless traveler. One moment a trillion, trillion human lifetimes ago when you learned of your truth on a small gossip forum and know you have my pity for your endless and cruel suffering - I hope that small condolence will keep you warm in the absence of any suns.
