I know I'm hella late to the party here (I don't check KF very often anymore) but the duff101 on that forum is not me. I honestly had no idea it existed until I checked in here one day.

I call bullshit. That obit looks like it was written by a tard. I have never seen an obit that mentioned that the deceased was on the way to a job interview. And the "genetic condition" being the cause of death and oh yeah, the impact too. Can't forget the impact. Impacts will fuck you up. But then again, I don't know the family of the deceased. To them this could be the height of literary illumination. But in the Stone Age....
