I'd say they meant well, what with the pedophile talk in the screencap.. but then when you take into account who they pal around with today(still!), you start to get a different picture.

I would posit that their harassment of the convention was from a hope of gaining infamy after the AltFurry thing gained so much traction after the RMFC shitshow. Any publicity is good publicity! They noticed how bad that backfired after the news broke, and now they've done a complete 180 to avoid pissing off all the furries who go to these conventions.

Why does this site get blamed for every bad thing to befall furries online? These mouthbreathers stomp on their own toes repeatedly yet turn around to point at us as the culprits.

Curious as to how Casey wants to claim the mass-calls 24 hours before the security difficulties began were unrelated to.. the calls he and his goonsquad were coordinating and making themselves. I guess that pretending to be people from the media and other shit was realized to be all in good fun but the real bad guys called after these harmless jokesters did and took the jokes too far.

Do they not realize record exists of this event? :story:

Right? I find it strange how it didn't get caught up in the big sweep with the AltFurry server, though.

This sudden closure is very fortuitous for Casey, as he is now looking at a potential influx of new members to fill the platform they just started. That guy just has all the luck.

They got confused between the Raider server and U-18's.
One of the admins actually told me about being approached by a discord dude asking about the latter and why they got that symbol. Seeing as how Raiders use the same one for their server, the delay is explainable.

I do love how Len so conspicuously will go from distancing himself from the raiders to offering them love and support. Depending on who he's talking to, the raiders either run a reckless organization who's guilt by association is palpable OR the partnership between AltFurry and the Furry Raiders is "the most important" one in the furry fandom. It's unfortunate that none of these play-doh-for-brains moderators in the Furry Raiders have recognized the pattern and realize he's just using them to bolster his numbers.
