Law Alec Baldwin Arrested in NYC - TMZ states it's for assaulting someone over a parking spot

Witnesses tell us ... the actor got into an argument with another man over a parking spot near 10th Street and 5th Avenue. Our law enforcement sources tell us Alec had a friend holding the spot for him, but the other man swooped in.

We're told Baldwin became irate, an argument ensued, and Baldwin punched the man in the jaw. The alleged victim, a 49-year-old male, was taken to the hospital.

One witness tells us Alec yelled "F**k off" during the fight. Cops were called and Alec was arrested. Baldwin lives in the area.

Actor Alec Baldwin was arrested Friday for assault, according to New York police.

NYPD Lieutenant John Grimpel told CNN the incident occurred on 10th Street in Manhattan but did not elaborate on the circumstances.
Baldwin is being held at the 6th precinct, Grimpel said.
In addition to portraying president Donald Trump on "Saturday Night Live," Baldwin currently hosts a Sunday talk show on ABC, called "The Alec Baldwin Show."

Oh jesus alec. You know, it's funny, he's a super duper lefty but I've always admired the way he sticks to his guns when defending himself.
When that message got released with him calling his daughter a pig (Context is important) and the MSM tried to browbeat him and get him to say he was so sorry for being such a terrible person, he just said "Can you honestly claim you've never said anything like that to your children, that just wasn't caught on tape by a bitter ex-wife?"

Or when he went on SNL after getting kicked off a flight for refusing to turn off his ipad or whatever, and was like "Do you seriously think these things can crash the plane? They don't let you bring a screwdriver on the plane, but they let you bring a device that if turned on at the wrong moment will crash the plane? Give me a break"
 
How can one of the most famous people in the world jaw some poor average pleb over a parking space of all things? You'd think he'd have some perspective and realize that the poor guy had something need the spot too and didn't have millions in the bank.

If that’s really all there was to it I gotta side with Alec. Parking lot etiquette is lost on most people. If you you swoop in and take a spot that someone else is letting a car back out of in order to take for themselves, you deserve to get punched because that shit is fucking obnoxious.
 
He's always come across to me as the type of person who has a lot of personal demons, but isn't willing to get help to solve them.... so he just lets out everything in a burst of anger.

Alec has been known as a fucking sperg who can't hold his temper for decades. This has nothing to do with FPMURG. He was really funny on 30 Rock, though.

Seriously, Baldwin has been a violent asshole for years. Let's see if he even gets prison time.
 
Alec Baldwin is pretty great, except for the progressive thing.

The dude he punched must have been a real candy-ass to get sent to the hospital by a 60 year old man. Either that or shrewdly opportunistic. He's lucky he got his ass kicked by the only Baldwin with any money.
