Supporting black people's delusions of persecution has had a huge detrimental effect on them.
This woman wanted to withdraw a large sum ($5k) from her bank account. The bank has policies in effect to protect customers against identity theft and scams. The teller actually reads the policy off the screen: "we need you either enter your PIN on the keypad, or we can send you a confirmation code to your phone."
Unfortunately, this lady had left her phone in her car, and for some reason, didn't know her PIN. So, this is suspicious. If someone had stolen her debit card, and was trying to empty her account, she'd be thankful that the bank was protecting her. But because she's been told all her life that blacks are oppressed, she chimps out and yells, "BANKING WHILE BLACK" ...as if a giant corporate bank has a policy that says "black people can't withdraw money."
Literally all she had to do was walk out the car and get her phone, then get the confirmation number they texted her. But she's so fixated on this delusion that the bank is racist - sudo systemctl start chimpout
Her husband is just as retarded. He tells the cop, "I've been dealing with this my whole life - I've been black my whole life" so he too thinks the bank has a special policy to oppress blacks.
We've taken a low-IQ group, with infantile emotional affect (i.e. they can't self-regulate their emotions - they can't be angry and yet still be calm), and we've brainwashed them to believe that the problem is "the system." As a result, whenever their retardation causes a problem, they chimp out.
This woman, and her husband, should have had it drilled into them from an early age, that they're retarded. Then, when the bank says "I can't give you this money until you verify your identity" maybe this woman would have thought, "I don't really understand this, but I'm retarded so that happens a lot" and then maybe she'd say, "I don't know what to do" and the nice white bank teller would say, "well dear, you need to go back to your car and get your phone."
a lot of problems would be solved (or at least made significantly more manageable) if a lot of these social assistance programs like food stamps, section eight, etc mandated sterilization in order to be eligible.

I came up with a sneaky alternative: tell them that for simplicity sake, we're just going to give them welfare even if they don't have kids. Then when they have kids, there's no need to apply for extra welfare ...because you're already getting welfare.
Currently, they shit out more kids because more kids = more welfare money. My solution is, just give them the money up front. That's an incentive to not have kids, because then they've have to spend the money on the kids.
