EDIT: Speaking of Milwaukee, let's go to the Wal-Mart in Brown Deer, which is an inner-ring suburb of Milwaukee that is getting more culturally enriched by the day. The black population currently sits around 32%.

Agreed. Another shitty aspect of DEI/AA that isn't often mentioned is that the tokenization of black = black fucks over the more qualified black candidates, too. If your company is simply tasking itself with hitting quotas, what's the point in prioritizing black competence when any black person is simply black excellence!

It also signals to other blacks to not even try, which is what woke school policies reinforce, too. In Portland Public Schools, it's a matter of policy not to punish black/brown students or fail them, but white children still have to. It's insanely demeaning to everyone.
