How does one plan around that when going on a cruise? Just avoid all budget cruises or is there a way to ask before booking what are the demographics of the current passenger manifest?

First, never sail on Carnival. They're the defacto nigger boat. They deliberately sought this demographic and they're paying for it -- let them sink, or learn to clean their shit up and kick the niggers back out.

The rest are better, though Royal Caribbean is eagerly gobbling up the "white trailer park trash crowd" demographic Carnival abandoned when they jumped head-first into nigger time.
