Tipping is absolutely retarded and needs to end. It's guilt-tripping the customer into paying wages that the owner is responsible for. The only thing I will say in defense of the waitress is that certain black people are known to run white servers ragged and stiff them. It's like their little fun way to lord over them. No idea if that happened there, but yeah, tipping is retarded.

Do NOT denegrate the noble creature that is the gorilla by comparing it to a nigger. The gorilla is a caring parent, both the mothers and the fathers, that forms tight family bonds and prefers to fight only as a final resort. The may look big and intimidating, and they would absolutely body you if you fucked with them, but they are a largely gentle giant so long as they percieve no threat.
Well, it can work reliably to calm a woman down, but a firm open-palm slap across the cheek has to go along with it, and a man has to do it to have any effect. If another woman does it, it'll just start a catfight. But no woman (even a nigger) is going to ignore a man's hard slap to the face. At a bare minimum, it will secure even a nigger's full attention and short-circuit the chimp-out. For civilized (e.g. White) women, it almost always immediately calms them down.
Not defending tipping, but you just know that if they raised the server wage to $15 an hour they'd find a way to run a whole Denny's on one waitress. It's just like the grocery store; they used to have full-length checkout lanes with a cashier and a bagger, now they have a self checkout station on both sides of the store with one cashier kind of paying attention to 9 customers at a time and MAYBE two cashiers at half-size checkout lanes in between. Companies hate paying people wages they can live off of, they'd sooner run their shit with burnt-out skeleton crews working 39.9 hour weeks (to avoid paying benefits) than run a place people can work for a living and possibly improve their community.
