Maybe that's so, but it's also possible they're just aping hurhur behaviors they see elsewhere, like on tv, when the narrator is narrating what's going on to the folks at home who may not clearly see it or need context, the man then learns that's how you're "supposed" to film
Or just as likely it comes from public freakouts being way too common in their community and he's used to it being loud, but he needs something to say in order to BE loud, so he directs everyone's attention to the Current Happening so as to participate
Because every public freakout in a black hood has to go from from a 2 person scrap, to a mass mob rush, in seconds

I feel like you could make a case for gumbo, like with shrimp, vegetables, etc. It's just a soup. Fried chicken is fried, so maybe not that, but soup isn't BAD bad unless you're on some kind of a diet.

A lot of older liberal white people do one of two things to virtue signal to niggers that they are "down with the blacks": compliment their disgusting hair, or compliment their ugly chimp babies.
