I've heard it with a bunch of different people who are all of different racial backgrounds, but they're all the same type of person.
Like, they may look different superficially, but the mental software appears to be the the same.
 
There are two types of black people

Actual black people and Niggers

Niggers are self explanatory

Black people actually act like functional human beings

They hate each other, the former hates the latter for acting like their namesake and the latter hates the former for "acting white" or some nigger logic like that.
