I think you can judge a musical genre based on whether the artist becomes popular based on other factors beyond the talent they have to produce music. Lady Gaga is not attractive, Adelle was also not, Lizzo is just a fat nigger who apparently is a rude cunt. I can name half a dozen rockstars who are just not traditionally attractive but the music was good and the success followed. I haven't heard anything in the Rap genre made in the last 20 years that was creative or original in any way. I really couldn't understand how some of the successful artists were just terrible vocalists. People like "Slick Rick", for example fucking awful singer. I guess Rock genre had Kiss and Gwar and Marylin Manson who needed have elaborate costumes and makeup to be successful. To be honest I though the Sex Pistols always sucked.

Can you be a successful rap artist without living the "thug life" or at least pretending to live the thug life? Unless your dad had some kind of connections in the music industry you won't make it. Curtis "50 cent" Jackson was a prime example, IIRC he never wrote his own lyrics vocals were not that great, freestyle was shit. His whole "hook" was being shot 9 times and selling crack. I knew a guy who had been shot a few times, 3-4 bullets still remained in him. I'm not doctor but I always questioned the 50 Cent "shot 9 times" story, he didn't seem to have any of the physical ailments of someone struck by 9 bullets, who knows. It really has to be at least %5 of all niggers think they are going to make 5 albums just as soon as the demo gets to the right person. Some of my favorite chimpout videos start when some nigger is recording a rap demo in the worst place/time possible, where acoustics are pure utter shit, like inside a car. My favorite was a nog who was recording using a digital camera in an electronics store, the camera is securely bolted to the display he puts his own SD card in and starts singing, staff asks him to stop making a scene and he's practically in tears, as if someone stole his future rap career.
