Humans are... infuriatingly fascinating. This "world wide web" is an entirely different world from the metaphysical world, which houses its own pocket dimensions inhabited by other Pokémon.

So does this mean the "world wide web" is inhabited by mysterious Pokémon unknown to man?

It is as simple as manipulating your hormone and enzyme production. Not entirely a pleasant process, but with enough care and patience, it gets the job done. And I am totally not bragging about my scientific expertise and breakthroughs.
