Different lashes and not overlining her lips. Aside from that she looks alright. Unpopular opinion (probably) but I can kinda see why she'd stop taking haldol injections. That's a really old school, hardcore antipsychotic. Maybe she needed it during some acute phase, but longterm it'd seem like there would have to be something with less intense side effects (like permanent twitching/spasms, muscle contractions, diabetes, etc). It's unfortunate that her parents don't seem to realize how bizarre some of her behavior is. It's not just that she wants a face tattoo, it's the whole way she goes about things.
On weird shit she does.. what's up with calling these flings "relationships"? Why can't she just cruise for dick or find a regular fuck buddy? Just be up front with people and don't dick around with their emotions. And for fuck's sake don't post all over facebook about it, you're not in 10th grade.

Agree that it is a bit hardcore to be on when not in an acute phase. I have read previously that when schizophrenic people stop taking an anti psychotic, when they restart the same one it can be up to 50% less effective than the first time they were on it. Hopefully this doesn't happen to Abby and they find the right combo for her.
In regards to Will, if Abby has borderline, they get what is known as a "favorite person" which is a total obsession. The sun rises and sets with them, you get over sensitive to their body language because your mood depends on them, its a toxic relationship, if the borderline is lucky the favorite person would be someone that would have enough heart to remove themselves from the borderlines life, but its often not the case. No romantic relationship can last if the FP is in the BPD's life because it basically always ends in cheating (emotional to physical). The BPD can usually never usually walk away first - that happens if counselling is involved to address the issue specifically and thats rare cos no borderline ever really wants to give up their FP.

It's good to see she is aware to some extent how lucky she is that her parents have stuck by her even during adulthood.
Seeing Abby and her mum towards the end of the adoption video, they actually look related. Maybe its the blonde hair, but just thought that was kind of cute for them.

I agree with this. I understand completely why some feel that her parents should just kick her out and cut her off, but I also understand why they haven't. So many adopted kids have problems from abuse, institutionalization, being moved around and not making connections, and then the adoptive parents "can't handle it" or the kid "isn't what they wanted" (how many times have you seen a story where the parents were absolutely shocked and appalled that a kid who lived in a Russian orphanage ended up having emotional problems?). Her parents desperately wanted to adopt a kid and love it forever, and it seems that's what they intend to do.
To be honest, she could be so, so much worse off. Hopefully she'll stay away from doing drugs. If the worst she's doing is shopping too much and getting bad tattoos? That's manageable. She seems to be sticking to her treatment appointments. Now if only they could get on with some family therapy, all three of them, this actually could have a better ending. Her parents, hopefully, are considering her future, and that she needs to be prepared to one day live on her own. There's still enough time for that.
Antipsychotics are sticky business anyway, even with acutely, chronically schizophrenic people. They almost never "fix" the problem, especially not something like haldol. Those old school ones in particular are used to just sledgehammer a person into compliance. Like your batshit neighbor who thinks the CIA put radios in his teeth still thinks that, he just won't ramble about it all the time. In particular a first generation one like haldol will absolutely cause serious side effects. Hopefully, they can find some other type of med since something that heavy isn't going to make her able to think more clearly or be more functional in the future.
Now that you mention this "favorite person" thing, it totally makes sense. I'm a little surprised that she was dx'ed with "schizoaffective disorder" when AFAIK she's never mentioned any psychotic symptoms at all (like hearing voices, seeing things, odd persistent delusions). Seems like she ticks all the boxes for BPD, which can range from mild to batshit (and thus be misdiagnosed as something else). The only "delusions" she really appears to have are "I can always get back with (or at) Will" and "yellow lipstick looks good on me".
That's just my armchair doc opinion, though.
On the bright side, the blonde hair looks nice on her. It's a little flat, like she just bleached it blonde but didn't use a toner or dye on top of it. Nothing that couldn't easily be fixed. Unfortunately the same can't be said for her newest, terrible tattoo.

She has. The anecdote off the top of my head is her room mate in lock up was named Helen and voices told her "oh thats helen keller. Shes gonna kill you." Rereading a bit of the thread she also mentions talking to street lights and about the time she walked a few miles and fell asleep in a parking lot. Heres the videos where she mentions these.
