Edited to say: I *love* salty AF FB haters like that,they really tickle me. And from what you've shared so far, they seem like truly exceptional people. I get it, the reasons to dislike Abby are varied and multitidinous and all but at the heart of it, she's really mentally unwell, her parents DNA to start with was crap and she's been socialised and reared appallingly. She didn't stand a chance, which is sort of tragic. Her parents are proof the rules on adoption need to be tougher and there needs to be more follow up in the years after to make sure things are okay.
