She did just let a crazy, violent girl with a criminal record crash at their home recently just so they could play girlfriends, that could’ve been the final straw.
Abby is one of my new favorite cows of all time. Going through this thread was a wonder. I really hope she comes back soon, I'll enter a short depressive state if she rage quits for real.

I'm kinda thinking this flailing is coming from the same desperate, manic place as her adopting and dropping new identities. The whole process of grabbing onto the next definitive answer has sped up with the diminishing returns. Now she can go through the motions without having to even leave the house :/

Abby is still gross but she looks considerably better than her first few incarnations at the beginning of this thread. She's an absolute trainwreck no matter what but at least she's improving, somewhat.

Honestly she shouldnt even be pierced with rings to begin with. Studs usually allow for the best healing since they're not moving around all the time. To give her the benefit of the doubt some people will pierce with rings to begin. Not marking out where she'd pierce before time was stupid af. An actual piercer will mark you out, set up everything (needle, jewelry, gauze, etc) and not be fumbling to change the jewelry. Also when you dont mark out where you'll pierce before time odds are it wont be symmetrical and the placement will be shit.
Also, ungloved hands+increased risk of infection. Plus did she even wash her hands? ALSO DID SHE USE THE SAME NEEDLE TWICE LIKE THAT IS THE BIGGEST RISK OF CROSS CONTAMINATION I HAVE EVER SEEN
She makes a point of "my new hollow needle" yeah but was it sterilized? Was the jewelry sterilized? Also Abby nothing is clean after it touches your unclean hands and counter.
That slow slow push through her lips is unnecessary and causes increased pain and lengthens healing time. Also probably why there was so much blood. Even a bleeder probably wont bleed that much. and the way she wipes it away with her hands is disgusting as well.
Now don't get me wrong, I've known people (professional piercers mind you) who've done their own piercings and do them properly.

I don't know how common this is, but some friends of mine have gotten similar piercings and had to take them out because they kept chipping their teeth in them. If those rings are too big she'd potentially be having that problem.
I am completely at a loss for words here. I mean, she stuck a dirty needle with sharpie ink into her cheek not even a month ago, self done piercings shouldn’t come as a shock. “I have my piercing license!” is going to be the new “I have my cosmetology license”
I can’t wait for them to get horribly infected so she’ll suffer at least a modicum of consequence from her manic behavior.
I'd say Abby will most likely be a Pauly lite at worse. She simply rapidly cycles through teen and teen fads like toilet paper whereas Pauly has been heavily mutilating himself at a very young age. We're probably gunna see a lot of scars from piercings she got tired of, and repeated coverups of tattoos from previous fads. I also doubt she has the resources Pauly had in order to get to his level.
I was really looking forward to her looking somewhat normal.
