Really? I think she looks like a dude. I kept waiting for "Abby" to appear and thought I was looking at her boyfriend or something. But, I think her bone structure is fine. It is probably just her hair and build making me think that. I do agree that she could be loads more attractive with a good hairstyle and her makeup done properly. Fuck. Couldn't we all?

I remember being a kid a long time ago and being really into torn stockings and heavy eye makeup all crazy black dark stuff for a while and my mother telling me I would be so pretty if I would stop doing that to myself. I didn't believe her for a while. But I grew out of that by the time I was like 17. Maybe 16. It seems like she may be emotionally stunted developmentally.

Or else I wonder, given her clear issues with establishing a self identity, if she has borderline personality disorder. I have seen someone commenting about her boyfriend leaving her or wanting to leave her but she would threaten to kill herself if he left. Some of the things I've seen make me wonder.
 
they were both a couple of toxic abusive retards to each other. i'm looking forward to where this current relationship goes because of that past behavior, but this time she seems indifferent to the guy leaving her, probably because she has a backup.

Oh boy, I’m happy to see that one of my favorite Facebook entertainments has a thread on here!

A lot of her commenters have been armchair diagnosing her since facetatgate. Clearly, she’s not all there mentally, but judging by her parents enabling behavior, I think she was just never encouraged to grow up and it emotionally stunted her as a result. They seem more than content to let their womanchild play dress up, maybe because they adopted her and she’s their only “baby” so this childish behavior is suitable for them because no they get to be parents for her whole life, not just until she’s 18.
 
I can't be assed to go find it, but apparently someone contacted her mother with screenshots of Abby trying to find a place to score xanax. The mothers response was to ask her child why her 'followers' were contacting her, and to tell Abby to 'be safe'. This was followed up by Abby getting a fucking face tattoo and quitting her job. I'm sure they'll be supporting Abby right into a drug addiction soon. She's in her mid-20s, and has never had to be an adult.
 
She’s ugly and she looks old. She also needs to moisturize, stat. Those close ups of her face are horrifying.

I wonder how awkward it is when the kid your mom gave away shows up with a face tattoo and greased on eyebrows, babbling about someone named Lil' Xan.
 
I’m really curious to know about her real age. I had a hard time believing she was really 23 when I first stumbled across her Instagram, now that there are people claiming she’s actually in her 30’s it honestly makes w lot of sense. She clearly has an identity issue as well as a fixation with youth culture (emo and scene being primarily high school phases, Melanie Martinez’s weird baby fetishism, now the SoundCloud fad that focuses on barely legal mumble rappers rolling their brains off on Xanax). I think her actual age might be a huge source of insecurity for her and that’s why she lies about it.

I’ve seen some people suggest she try to go on Dr Phil. I feel like all of that publicity wouldn’t do her any good and would result in another ridiculous monstrosity of a meme.

I don't have the screens of her mom or anything but I have her response swimming somewhere in those dumps where she threatens to baleet.

I tried to find something posted that confirmed her age but it's lost in a sea of phases. she is the age she claims and that just makes it more horrifying.

In all seriousness (No, really) I wonder if all these rapid changing fades are a result of Abby being adopted and feeling 'out of place' not knowing who she really 'is' I've been following her for a while and it's alarming how much she cycles through these things.

That face tattoo is just wow. There's no going back from that...
 
I’d think that too, but from what we’ve seen her adoptive parents are very loving and supportive (to a fault, clearly). I have the feeling that while they obviously love her like their own, they might’ve not had it in them to really discipline her or offer her guidance in her formative years, which is extremely common with adoptive parents, so they just mollycoddled her and now they’re stuck with an unstable womanchild with an ongoing identity crisis.
 
I think she's one of those kids where no matter what she did to rebel against her parents, they just supported her. Her fad changes seem to be her finding away to eventually experience the push back from parents during those rebellious years. It's the teenage badge of honor she never got.

My thoughts exactly.

I have not read any studies about adoption and BPD, but there is a clear and established link between childhood trauma and BPD. It is definitely acknowledged that adoption itself can create behavior problems and identity issues, like the above poster said. I've also seen some people in psychology talk about adoption being a form of trauma where the child is psychologically wounded by being separated from the birth parents and then "acts out" this trauma as they grow up. I think Freud's theories are way outdated and think that no one in this day and age has any business promoting them, and am also not a fan of modern psychoanalytic theories, which is where I think the adoption trauma thing would fall, but that is one take on it.

I also wonder if all these tattoos are an attempt at turning the next flavour of the month into an identity that stays forever. She shapes her whole life around whatever her current phase is (she used to post photos of her room and even that was completely decorated fitting to the flavour of the month) but as far as her social media presence goes, she seems to have no other hobbies or interests that stay while she's switching between phases. The tattoos stay though, and she's getting a lot of tattoos that she can't hide / can't hide easily. After getting tattooed on her chest and lower arms, getting a face tat seemed to be the next somewhat logical step.

Pokemon/weeaboo anime girl in general

Paramour/Bring Me the Horizon/Basically any band or artist you’d see at Hot Topic, there’s really too many to list but music artists seem to be her favorite category to emulate

I can definitely picture her becoming obsessed with Kat von D or some other tattoo babe you’d see on Inkmaster, then she’d talk about “going to school for tattooing lemme practice on you!”

AdventureTime also seems like something she’d fixate on

If she wasn’t such a disgusting homophobe and racist, I’d bet on an upcoming otherkin or transtrender SJW phase.

God, imagine an ICP phase? She certainly has the IQ, makeup skills, and bathing habits of your typical hick juggalette.

She just broke up with Robbie, the cute, stable, employed guy that seemed to genuinely care about her, for her trolling, pizza faced, Gerard Way’s retarded cousin looking ex Willie. I don’t know who’s stupider, her for going back to him, or him for taking her back after she smeared his name and labeled him as an abuser.

I’m happy for Robbie. He seemed like a sweet if not very naive guy. He didn’t deserve to be pulled into her bullshit.
 
It's probably just an easy way for Willie to get his dick wet a few times before one of them goes mental or bored again. Or maybe she's hoping he can score her that xanax she was looking for?
