So what's the worst thing that can happen? They cannot touch his tugboat, his toys are worthless to debt collectors and the house is not in his name. Can they take his car is it is still being financed?

There's a sped out there who paid $1500 for Chris's sonic totem and tons of people on this very forum who bought his garbage and other commissions from Chris. So yes, there are plenty of people out there worse with money than Chris
 
What interests me is that they're suing Christian Chandler and not Christine (which is his legal name), like how old is that debt?

If I had to guess, I'd say it might be a credit card he got back before he changed his name. I'm just guessing that since it has been said, Chris had a fair number of credit cards going around back when bob was alive and probably still does to this day
