He couldn't stand it in Tommy's place. It was hilarious. It starts at 23:20. It wasn't just the heat, dude started coughing and looking around like he was in hell after he sat down.

Most definitely That guy looked around it was hot he was sweating but i am sure he was also about to throw up from the smell and he looked around and I am sure he saw rat mice and roaches and was about to vomit not just from the heat and smell but the gross hell he just walked into.
 
The house needs the shower, Thomas. You might as well relax. The walk from the horrifying bathroom back to the horrifying desk will no doubt return you to your original state.

Why is he so bothered by the heat? Doesn't he live one county over? Maybe he lives in the cold part of Arizona.

Probably just the filth/smell. Kush and tobacco ash, mice droppings, cockroaches, rotting food, human shit, old person smell and must.

It's pretty telling when he says "yeah I can't be in here"
