I was with you until that last part. Jannies don't deserve to get payed. Giving them money wouldn't change anything, they would be just as fucking gay as before but with a paycheck under their belt.

Unless you meant having a dedicated moderation team that actually does their job? Even then, I cant help but assume they would also be mega-faggot tranny's or poo's

I haven't read it yet but the book "The Last Kings of Shanghai" gets into the Iraqi Jewish family who ran the Chinese opium trade, I believe that they're higher in hierarchy than the Rotschilds (who practice managerial-level sorcery, because that's the basis of the current banking system which is occult), but a book should sure help.
For general secret society history there's David Livingstone's "living document" about this topic - it's huge. It may also be helpful to read "The Secrets of the Federal Reserve", about how the Federal Reserve was pushed through. It's a book but there are also online versions, at least there used to be. Maybe the archive.org copy is good.

Paying jannies means that they can be held accountable, being an unaccountable sperglord who has power over others is the main appeal. And it's not like jannies would be happy with McDonald's-tier pay. (And why add CSAM filtering to make janny's job easier, that's what a janny is for).

Because humans are fallible and not always online. For example: imagine a normie gif that was edited to show CSAM at the very end. CSAM is like a dirty bomb that can take down a site if you're not on top of your game. I would be VERY surprised if Null doesn't have some kind of automated way of protecting the Farms from a malicious user who'd try to sneak it in somehow.
 
Don't ban VPNs or TOR, but give TOR its own flag (no memeflags for anyone!) and the VPN-enjoyers 7x their country flag to indicate ebin proxy action.
