45° or 90° parking?

Both my parents hate reversing into a parking spot but I've grown bored of doing it nose-in, so I've started practicing doing it reverse.

Is 45 or 90 degree parking superior? One has you halfway into the opposite lane while the other occupies another 2.5 car lengths forward before you start to physically indicate you wanna park somewhere.

Backing in to a parking spot signifies you’re a fag, except for the purpose of unloading or loading cargo. 45 degrees is superior, it should be angled against the flow of traffic so you’re making a more obtuse turn.
