I get that people suspect he has a third paypal account. But how are you thinking he's putting funds there?

The theory would be that he has paypigs sending money directly there.

The question shouldn't be whether DSP has a third PP account, it should be whether he's master-criminal smart enough to have used it all these years in such a way to be 100% untraceable to him. No he's not smart enough to do that, he's a certified imbecile. It's hard to hide this level of laundering from the people now scrutinizing him.

You don't need to be a mastermind to do this.

Paypal only reports your account to the IRS if it receives more than 20k in payments for goods or services sold. If his paypigs are using the "send gift" option, Paypal won't notify the IRS. All Phil has to do is not mention it on his bankruptcy forms and it's effectively hidden from the trustee's view.

To do this is obviously fraud and perjury. The only way the trustee would know about this is if she is either tipped off, or subpoenas paypal for all accounts owned by Phil. I honestly believe this is the route she is going to go. When Phil's income and expenses don't line up with his tax returns or other official documents for sources of income, she will in all likelihood subpoena (and perform a 2004 examination).

But if she doesn't, it's unlikely she'll discover the third paypal without digging or someone tipping her off, purely because it's just not reported to any federal agencies (to my knowledge at least).

I’ve thought all along this account was for either his gatcha addiction or for eating out/spending money on his day off. It’s possible he gets money from planet Jeff still, I also found it interesting that someone mentioned one of his most recent whales saying they haven’t seen them around in a while and they were worried about them meanwhile the roach says don’t bring them up and gets very defensive about it. Is it possible this person is donating behind the scenes or maybe charged back some money?

The video has him telling his chat about how if they subscribed they would get his content without the ads. He was using as "donation button". Giving $2.50 cut to Twitch in the early days.

Seems like he used burnellpp@yahoo.com early on for voluntary kahntributions, which he also didn't accept at the time, depending on his current narrative.

So... if that account still exists, wouldn't he have had to include it in his bankruptcy filing?

More than one email address can be hooked up to a Paypal account. I think it's already been conclusively proven that Phil has at least 3 Paypal emails, but that tells us nothing about how many accounts he has.
