It would appear that his newfound infatuation with Kylo Ren and the First Order has reached it's peak, to the point that he is now planning on renaming his entire fake country to focus more intensely upon this newfound obsession of his.

For those who don't know, Latinx is a movement of Spanish & Portuguese descended kids in the Anglosphere. Being a bunch of lazy bums they don't speak Spanish or Portuguese well, so they constantly make gender errors. They also flip a lid because Spanish & Portuguese are "gendered" languages and thus supports the patriarchy. Rather than admitting they don't know the language that well, and learning to speak properly, they instead want to reform the whole language so it doesn't have gender like with English. On a side note, they trigger and are triggered by those who speak the language better, especially Spanish professors.

Switching from a made up sovereign country to some paramilitary organization? Seems Phillip is downsizing his ambitions. Next he'll obsess over some movie set in a small town and he'll switch to Latinxville, then he'll develop another obsession and will abandon previous plans to found the Latinx Manor...
