All I ask is that there be one decent horror themed beat 'em up, and this is what I get.
🙄

Now turn off the computer, go to your room, and think about what you did.

Was pretty meh to the point I've mostly forgotten about it. All I really remember that is was for the Game Cube.
I'm assuming you mean Adventure Mode in Melee?

It was fun. In fact, you needed to do certain things in that mode to unlock other characters (Fuck Giga Bowser though)

The Phantom was delayed to February.

The MMPR game might be fun.
I completely forgot about the Phantom game.
I really hope that one is good.

Rita's Rewind is coming December 10:
It came out today, looks better than Karate Kid and G.I. Joe games, but without spoiling too much, the game is basically 2/3 Beat 'em Up and 1/3 Rail Shooter, there is also 3 Boss fights that use the First Person mode, something to be wary of before diving head first into it.
Edit: Verdict: Despite looking better than most of the slop released year, it still pales in comparison to Shredder's Revenge, the Beat 'em up segments aren't fleshed out enough and characters basically play the same, pass or wait for a very good sale.

I like rail shooters but that kind of thing does imply a certain lack of confidence in the main gameplay. tbh the rail shooter level in The TakeOver is better than the actual game. Then you got Vengeance Hunters with this apparently (no game that is not a shmup has ever had a decent shmup level btw):

Also MMPR and GI Joe are launching at +$10 MSRP compared to Shredder's Revenge or SoR4, lmao. THANKS BIDEN. Suddenly the Night Stalkers remake is looking less shitty.

Toxic Crusaders is M.I.A.
I'm on Troma's spam list and at some point they quietly stopped mentioning this.
