Whether I agreed with his politics or not is beside the point: He still served our country and paid a great price for it with his own health, and I never got the impression that he was a slimy man. Nah, he was an approachable senator and seemed on the up-and-up. That's really all I can ask for anymore.

Same. Even though technically McCain and I were "on the same side" politically, there was a lot that I disagreed with McCain on. But I still respect the man and thank him for his service.

That's the problem with Phil and other SJWs/Antifa/whatever: they are incapable of respectfully disagreeing with someone and engaging in civil discourse. They are selfish, entitled, and childish. They believe that anyone who doesn't conform to their world view or political views, or even anyone who won't give them what they want, are evil people and their enemies. In extreme cases (like Phil) they will childishly claim that the people who disagree with them politically are literally trying to kill them and anyone like them.

Slingblade will find another sucke-uh...I mean, "life partner" to mooch off of long before that happens. Phil is going to die alone and cremated by the state with no one to mourn him.

I could see his death winding up as one of those gruesome stories you get, where the corpse isn't discovered for months. "Mr Araujo's neighbors commented, 'But it always smells like that.'"

Fuck McCain. His RINO bullshit should have seen him out of office a long time ago. While I certainly feel sympathy for what he endured while a POW, I dislike that he gave vital information to the NVA which significantly aided their air defense abilities AND cooperated in making propaganda recordings for them. Never mind the three planes he totaled and didn't lose flight privileges over due to his father's influence. The story about him bombing a US boat is still up in the air, so I don't factor that into my opinion.

All of that said, McCain sacrificed significantly through his political career and faced a horrible illness through into its late stages. I also can't count the number of US politicians with worse political records than McCain it's so high (too damn high!) so even with all of the things I disliked about the man I can't deny him respect as a civil servant.

Ah, nuance and time appropriate discussion. Two things Philth will never even grasp as a concept. While I may have a contrary opinion of the late Senator, that isn't something to go blasting to the four winds immediately following the man's death from fucking BRAIN cancer, especially unprompted.

Get fucked Phil. You can't even manage an imaginary country of your own design that functions as your hugbox. You of all people have no place disrespecting someone's memory because you disliked their political behavior. Neck yourself or GTFO.

Most likely. I'm sure Billy Bob has been actively hunting for a new sap to glomb onto since the day after he moved in with Phil. What would be hilarious is if Slingblade continues to fail at finding someone else stupid enough to take him in, and so they'd be stuck with each other forever.
