Huh. Looks like this abscess actually created an opening in the urethra. If I'm correct, this will definitely make him prone to getting a urinary tract infection.

What the hell has he been doing to expand that abscess to the point where it'd cut open the urethra?

It's semen alright. If it were pus, it the liquid would be completely opaque, and the color would be yellow or pink if mixed with blood. Pus has a tendency to ooze in most instances, rather than squirt--If it did squirt, it wouldn't do so in a pulsating manner.

I am a little skeptical about the video too. I'd really like to have confirmation of whether this actually is Chris.

Wherever the hell it came from it needs to go straight back, god that is the nastiest thing I have ever seen. Can hypospadias even go that low? I thought it usually only went down to the scrotum or middle of the penis, not below it.

Speaking of scrotums I looked at the video again to cure this morbid curiosity and took a closer look, it looks like the person in the vid doesn't even have a :sighduck:, the hand could be covering it, but it looks like he/she/it is rubbing fat in the pubic area instead of a sack.

So yeah need some confirmation that it is chris and not someone who had a sexchange.

Correct. The "lowest" variant is right at the juncture of the penis and scrotum, but nothing past the scrotum.
