Considering how much an abcessed tooth hurts, I would imagine an abcessed butt wound would be hella worse -- surely if it gets that bad the pain will drive him to get medical attention?

Something I noticed about the wound...the edges. The worst part about the whole scenario (and dear god, the thought of him manipulating that wound to make it appear more 'vagina like' makes my lady parts crawl into my abdominal cavity) is that the edges of the wound are so old that they do take on the appearance of labia, which mentally is not doing him any good considering the fact that the wound does in fact appear to look like a vagina in the first photo. The second photo? Not so much. I'm still trying to figure out if I'm looking at fat tissue or dead tissue in the second photo.

it looks like fatty tissue to me, but it also reminds me how a wound looks when it stops bleeding. either way, it's gross as hell and will probably kill him if it gets infected.

I have some understanding of why the wound may be the way that it is. However, if he was given the right salves/treatments, that wound would probably heal rather quickly. If he cleansed it properly (sorry, Chris, but alcohol will only kill the healing tissue off by drying it out), and got even some Medihoney, or Santyl ointment; dressed it with a clean dry dressing once or twice a day, that wound would heal.

the only way it would ever heal is if he got medical attention. even so, who's to say he'd even listen to the doctor? i feel like if he got treatment and was given directions from the doctor he'd probably go back to shoving things in the wound anyway. and of course we know barb wouldn't take responsibility for caring for chris's festering munt, so chris's fate is completely in his own hands. unless, of course, he actually listens to someone for once.
