Surely it wouldn't count as murder. If you tell someone to jump off a cliff and they're stupid enough to do it (even when others are telling him not to), are you to blame? Or do you blame the fuckstick who jumped off the cliff?

I had to join just to ask. How is he not in horrible pain? That shit must feel awful, and I can't imagine him touching it, playing with it, or heaven forbid sticking anything inside.

Near enough. He's a mental incompetent, regardless of how the state sees him. Bureaucracy has failed him basically because they don't want to deal with him. He fell through the cracks and now he's on the verge of killing himself. If somebody has the power to stop this, they need to.

Yes. He'd have to be pretty unlucky for that to happen, but it's within the realm of possibility. Hell, he'd probably be happy about it apart from the almost dying part.

It will probably merge with his asshole first, since that direction is dirtier and therefor more likely for infection to eat away.
 
It may be arguing semantics a bit but manslaughter and murder aren't exactly the same thing. Murder generally requires you to be directly responsible, not just someone who stood off to the side and was like "hey, dying sounds good, right".

You are correct. Involuntary Manslaughter: Homicide that is committed without the intent to kill, but with criminal recklessness or negligence; or a death that results during the commission of or flight from a misdemeanor or felony that is not encompassed by the felony-murder rule.
