It's common to have more than one fetish, it's quite rare that anyone has just one. Generally people have no fetishes or they have lots. Think of all the troons who also turn out to be paedos or into voyeurism, BDSM, furry or other degeneracy, it's usually a laundry list. I'd be surprised if Epstein didn't have a lot of different fetishes.
