For scenario 1, I think it's extremely delusional to imply that Trump being incompetent enough that he failed to cover his tracks makes him "the best" of anything. It makes him the lolcow of the group

Yeah no if there was evidence clearly demonstrating Trump was a pedophile and nobody in the entire political landscape, whether it's people opposing him tooth and bloody nail or people giving him millions of dollars of support, did anything about it, than unfortunately yes, Trump is literally the best politician.
