We all know that the true spirit of Halloween is to show off all the work you been putting into the gym. Jeremy's been hitting it hard since he left University Challenge and he wants everyone to fucking know it. But he's Br*sh so he doesn't know how to hold an axe.

Tried to create a Hogstein (no, he's not one of the God's Chosen™), but I'm not so sure about the result.
I'll maybe try to make it better later.
 
Bumped up the skeleton car from last year to be more ghostly.

Yeah fair, in the same vein "white sheet with two eye holes cut into it ghost" could be just as cliché as well. Maybe put a spider on there instead or something similar if you're open to things that aren't just hats/helmet coverings

Not from a horror movie but he looks creepy, he's a hooded man (cultist) and is blind (eyes) so he fits my theme of Illuminati.
It's also from a very good movie.
