@Null If there is payment involved. What are the expected working hours for pay? Or will you be paying by reports handled? Will pay be handled in crypto for anonymity? It would also be wise to add a section to the form indicating what board is the applicant interested in moderating. Unless you want global mods. As an example, I mainly frequent the Games and Balldo boards of the site. It does.
I would only consider doing it if it's for pay with hours equivalent to a side-gig with side-gig pay or full hours with equivalent pay.
