Is there a way to temporarily restrict logins from accounts that are dormant (aka two posts in 2 years) so as to limit the possibility of any additional trolling for like a month?
Just long enough without deleting or permanently black-holing old dormant accounts?
I would allow them to post but put anything they write in a moderation queue.

who wants to bet on the next target? lott or destiny?

Keffals never requested that their thread be closed. They have relished the attention since the first moment and I honestly feel like an idiot letting myself get baited. The whole shit about deplatforming Destiny was an obvious lie even then.
If we can ever return to some sort of "status quo," maybe a general moderation policy for when KF gets attention might be useful? Shit like when to lock threads, when to feature threads, when to ignore threads, etc. It's pretty clear that attention to the site can be both a boon and a serious threat, and having some idea of how to respond to maximize the former and minimize the latter would be good.

Completely agree. The Farms basically has to shift with what is going on - I understand the freedom of speech is the ultimate goal of the forums, but it puts it at a disadvantage when the terrain shifts in this now 5 second memory world

I didn't know who Keffals was a week ago and in hindsight, I would've preferred to have kept it that way. I support moving away from their vanity vortex and going back to laughing at our other cows for the time being. I just want to have a good time, maybe have a good game?

Very late to the party but I'm completely okay with this. The Twitter lolcow megathreads are the most tedious and unreadable part of the site anyway, there's only so many times I can read the same repetitive tweets and the same repetitive responses in-thread to those tweets before it gets old. These people thrive on negative attention anyway, so ignoring them is the only winning move.

Going to be difficult to keep things quiet and lay low with the Quarterpounder opening his fat mouth and blabbing to everyone.

the only narrative that the loudmouths are paying attention to right now is keffals - and keffals will not renege on his claim of vanquishing kiwi farms any time soon. it really doesn't matter what the retards on the outer edges of his circle say. all of it will be denounced as wrongthink

give it a month and it'll be fine

that's a completely reasonable suggestion.
See telling lolcows to stop hurting themselves and others is like yelling at a retard in Walmart. You're trying to save the retard from drinking bleach, but all anyone sees is you yelling at a retard and somehow you're the bad guy.

Talk to Null about that, but he'll be away.

Maybe the whole issue started with too many faggots here treating the Farms as a battleground against dickless men instead of using it to watch and enjoy the shitshows some dickless men offer.
2016 onwards hardened a lot of people/
