Dragon Knight III was famously released in the US as Knight of Xentar by Megatech Software (who I think went tits up a long time ago).

What's interesting is that there were two versions. A sanitized version you could buy at software retailers, and an 18+ patch you could download from the company to restore the content that was cut. When I was a young'un, this game was considered super naughty and snickered about in the darkest corners of the Internet. Somebody once told me there's a scene in this game where some chick fucks a tree.

The dubbing is atrocious, but I'm still flabbergasted somebody went through all the trouble to localize this in 1994.
