Speculation is it's internal not external based terror groups in France that perpetrated, and France has a massive arms smuggling problem (That can be sourced to corrupt military officials in Russia selling off their old stock in the midst of military modernization) the weapons could easily be sourced from.

Yeah the explosion sounds like a dynamic entry more than a bomb listening to the grainy clips. But thats personal speculation. Explosion followed by immediate gunfire would seem to suggest against a suicide bomb as you can't fire a gun after you blow yourself up.
French President has officially closed the borders. Seems like a empty gesture, as France's terror attacks in recent years have been internal, and if it was external they would presumably have all their cells inside the country before going loud.

EDIT: Although Jihadi John's death is still technically unconfirmed, US and UK officials are almost certain that it was him.

Very unlikely. Something like this takes a good deal of planning. Internal or external, you need to get people in place, smuggle arms in, get things coordinated, etc. It doesn't get done in 48 hours.

This is the first time that the French government has declared a nationwide state of emergency since the Algerian War. One thing's for sure, I won't be able to sleep this night.
I doubt this as they wouldn't have had time to plan something on this scale that quick.
I saw one guy tweet it was because of French settlements on West Bank. LOL
Also the shopping center was on Al-Qaeda's target list.
Ultimately it is just a bunch of murderers who need to be razed from the earth. They bring nothing to humanity and advancement of our planet. Worse still, they detract from the rest of the planet with their actions.
