He shouldn't do but we appear to have sprung a leak recently, not a major one and he could have also found this naturally he Googles himself all the time.

DMCA is one of my least favorite peaces of legislation for many reasons but chief among them that it allows dumbfucks to escape the consequences of their actions. That always turns out well for society.

Best I can tell, Buffalo somehow came across the video(Not entirely sure how, someone might have leaked to them?). And they either told Phil, or one of Phil's Philthy Phriends.

Buffalo commented on the video and that night, Phil submitted the DMCA.
 
Anyone else get a "Vincent D'Onofrio in The Cell" vibe from this video or is it just me?

Can you contest the DMCA complaint? I've had lots of success doing that with some of my youtube channels and the onus will be on Phil to actually prove you're taking his money and property.

He'd be pissed if he saw all the videos I have of him.

I'm sure that I can contest it, just haven't been back in front of a real computer to look into it more properly. Think it could manage a counter-claim?

I had notices filed against me by Metallica and the WWE for some Jace streams, and the most that happened was the videos went dark for a couple European countries. Since you're not monetizing the videos, and Phil isn't monetizing the videos, and he never posted them to YouTube, I don't think there's much he can do at all.
 
I'm bummed that I missed the video before he DMCA'd it. (:_(
 
@JSGOTI can you edit the OP and replace the youtube video with vidme?
