It's just the extra touch of Phil autism with his BARE fucking filth mitts exposed showing an "NBC drill" off.
That's the pure icing on the cake.

It looks like our increased attempts on Phil's life via random annoyances and tiny inconveniences on a daily basis is forcing him to up his game as well. View attachment 187950View attachment 187951
I said in a different thread, but that mask's filter is so expired, it wouldn't protect against anything. Let alone any actual NBC agents. Sperging ahead. Full NBC drills require being in mopp(mission oreinted protective posture). And you've got a lot less time to get all the gear on than Phil is capable of doing. One of my drill Sgts in boot camp fought in desert Storm/desert shield, and said they had about 30 second to put on all of the gear. Suit, boots, mask and gloves.
One Bouncing and Squeaking Man.I'd love a Phil vs. The People saga.
Nobody else has said it, but we don't even have to assume somebody was taking a photo. They could have been checking Facebook and he would have hella chimped just by noticing they were holding their phone in his general direction. It wouldn't even be a "ween" lets remotely pretend you are taking a picture as a normie not phil watching and it's true portland is filled with people like him. Phil's in the shot chimps out and beats you up steals a phone. Are you NOT going to the cops?
Phil, those aren't glasses! Hahaha what a jokester. It looks like our increased attempts on Phil's life via random annoyances and tiny inconveniences on a daily basis is forcing him to up his game as well. View attachment 187950View attachment 187951

Do you want Asbestos related lung problems Phil? Because that's how you get them.
Exactly, 3 seconds to get your respirator on then if I am recalling it right another 15 more for your NBC Suit, then a fuckton of time of cleaning it off before you take it off.
We did a few decon drills when I was in, and it took all day. But you're spot on, on the time required.
Also, he very obviously does not play sports."Make your lawyer happy by putting a baseball and glove in your trunk"
1) that's not how any of this works
2) what trunk? Phil doesn't have a car and can't use his bike.
15 seconds to thwart someone taking a photo of him? It takes him 15 seconds to turn his head away?
How the hell would Phil survive a nuclear attack? He can't even plan 24 hours in advance, let alone for the collapse of civilisation as we know it. I have this vision of a heavily-irradiated Phil staggering through the ruins of Portland, sobbing with frustration as he tries desperately to dial for a pizza. It looks like our increased attempts on Phil's life via random annoyances and tiny inconveniences on a daily basis is forcing him to up his game as well. This is the kind of footage investigators scour the background of for clues after the kind of tragedy that puts small towns on CNN.

I think for me, the moment that sums up how Phil would do in a survival situation was when his bus was delayed and he was expecting disaster relief. To be fully fair to Phil most people can't, But he'd be one of the very first to go, I've said it before but Phil isn't aware of the level of organisation and cooperation it take for things like Water and Power to happen in anything other than a very basic way, and he has no real skill's he can put to use even for the short term to get him through a tough situation without relying on other sources you know we rag on Chris for going the ER for sniffles and such? Phil isn't much better and he's arguably in a worse Physical condition than him as well.
He doesn't know how to seek shelter without the help of others, he doesn't know how to cook for himself (it's all take away or pre prepared meals), and that's just basic every day stuff. Imagine what it would be like for phil in a real situation where people are going nut's grabbing anything and everything of store shelves in a blind panic and rioting with no police he can waddle to for help when the mexican takes the last block of cheese in Portland out of his grubby mits and kicks him in the balls for his trouble.

Or how about when he said that the "most safe and protected" spot in a womanz/homeless shelter was smack dab in the middle of everyone so he "could see everyone direction and where the attacker was coming from".I think for me, the moment that sums up how Phil would do in a survival situation was when his bus was delayed and he was expecting disaster relief.
"Civil defense drill."game
