This is clearly crap because the cops haven't been in touch with Phail yet. I think it's a fair assumption that if someone was beaten up, maced, and had their potentially very expensive property stolen, they'd call the cops ASAP. And if Portland PD doesn't know exactly who Phil is from the weens alone, I'll be very surprised.

Remember when Phil said he held drills rehearsing a Kiwi Kommando invasion? That's how he claims to know that it takes exactly 15 seconds to respond to it.

Phil even has a "SECONDS COUNT!" message taped above a crowbar mounted on the wall.

Is that "15 seconds" something he has copied from some wannabe tough guy forum, maybe? Like "I keep a loaded gun in every room" or "I carry 2 knives on me so I can take down 2 attackers at the same time".

I'm more inclined to believe the version @ToroidalBoat had for the 15 seconds of wonder, combined to some mental gymnastics revolving about levels of preparedness and situation escalation based on some buzzfeed article or smthing.

I do stand by what I said about the cops being in touch, though, because I can't believe a ween would pass up a chance to get him in serious trouble if Phil beat them up and took their shit.

It wouldn't even be a "ween" lets remotely pretend you are taking a picture as a normie not phil watching and it's true portland is filled with people like him. Phil's in the shot chimps out and beats you up steals a phone. Are you NOT going to the cops?

Lots of people have smart phones, insure will want a report. If you are maced you probably will want eyes washed, maybe you are freaking because got beat up hitch ride to ER there's another 500+ bucks easy out of pocket that's just the ride.

So someone gets their ass kicked a phone stolen and a hospital bill in 4 figures and then WONT file a police report? That's just covering your own ass, not even going for potato bux.
 
It looks like our increased attempts on Phil's life via random annoyances and tiny inconveniences on a daily basis is forcing him to up his game as well.

I said in a different thread, but that mask's filter is so expired, it wouldn't protect against anything. Let alone any actual NBC agents. Sperging ahead. Full NBC drills require being in mopp(mission oreinted protective posture). And you've got a lot less time to get all the gear on than Phil is capable of doing. One of my drill Sgts in boot camp fought in desert Storm/desert shield, and said they had about 30 second to put on all of the gear. Suit, boots, mask and gloves.

Yup, trying out a gas mask doesn't really count as NBC drill. But that's what Phil is about - you take one dose of autism, spoonful of military lingo and you get super tactical recon missions when he visits some place for the first time.
