There is absolutely nothing about Chris that would cause any rational adult to want to spend any significant amount of (non-trolling) time with him. When adults get together, they talk about work, about their families, about current events, about things they've done/places they've gone, movies they've seen/shows they've watched, sports teams, etc. Chris doesn't work, has no family to speak of, has a grasp of current events that goes no deeper than "Trump = bad", and only watches cartoons and other kiddy media.
You've got way too rosy a view of millenials. See: all the millenials comparing Trump to Voldemort.
They're called "butt garments", not adult diapers, and Chris is already no stranger to them.
Heh, that's why Chris wears menstrual pads.
Yeah, that's how I feel too. Legit children are charged with kiddie porn for sending naked photos of themselves to other children, yet people have aneurysms if you call out a creepy re-tard for being a legit creep. Despite what you may think of him, Chris is going to possibly be in a lot of trouble one day.
He might, but that'll be because some ween (like the troon idea guys recently) catfished him. The point isn't that Chris is compelled to pursue minors sexually, it's that if you jabber to him about cartoon characters, he's putty in your hands.
Yet, he always manages to find himself around people half his age and sometimes younger. While I am not saying he is a pedophile, he is thirsty to be around children and young adults under the age of 25, which is sick unto itself.
No, I don't think he's thirsty for the company of children, he's thirsty for the company of people with childish interests. It's a small distinction, but it's important. One implication is that bronycon is just as interesting to him as the troon idea guys.
It's really sad that once again, Chris has others outsourcing his sympathy. I don't care if he's exceptional. I personally don't feel bad that Chris' brain is messed up. It's his own damn problem, and if he hasn't found his way in life or sought out genuine help, that's also his problem.
When we discuss Chris on here, we're doing it as if he's an animal in a zoo. We are not usually making value judgments about whether he's a good person or not. Just simply about the facts of the situation.
So when I describe something as being or not being Chris' fault, like because he's retarded, this is not about whether Chris is right, or wrong, or whether or not he should suffer the consequences of his actions. It's purely about whether it is realistically in his power to change things.
And frequently, it is not.
It's like he's got a knob on the back of his head that Barb, his upbringing and his circumstances tuned. His arms are too fat for him to reach around and change it. And that knob controls some aspect of his behavior, like his autism.
It'll make him do certain things. That's not his fault if he does those things. He cannot perceive things otherwise.
By explaining why Chris does something, this isn't that I'm endorsing it. It's not a good thing, or the right thing.
This isn't about sympathy. It's about picking Chris' brain because he's such a fascinating creature.
Furthermore, it doesn't mean that Chris shouldn't do it a different way. He frequently should. All I'm saying that he doesn't have the capability to. It's like saying "well why doesn't Chris go to Harvard and get a college degree and clean himself up?" Why doesn't he? Because he literally can't. His brain is broken too badly.
Personally, I think society should start cracking down harder on Chris. That'll help Chris in ways that he cannot on his own.
No, that's he's exceptional, so he can do whatever he wants. The same thing Marvin was talking about. People give Chris the stick, and then, they make excuses for him. A lot of people with autism are treated like this, but I was just using infantilizing autistic kiddy fiddlers as an example of how Chris has been allowed to act like a rabid dog with no consequences for his actions.
When it matters (like with the courts or people who deal with Chris IRL), people should definitely not asspat Chris for the reasons you mention here.
But we're just shitposting here. It's not our responsibility to raise Chris. We're not Bob 2.0.
A big chunk of what we do here is armchair psychoanalyzing Chris and how his mind ticks. So yeah, in that case, if Chris sees himself as a teenager, that's worthy of discussion. It's an interesting line of discussion how Chris views himself and how that affects his socialization.
