Holy shit, he is fucking toxic right now. LIMB!

The thing is even if AlwaysHotTea was a follower for 10 years it wouldn't matter.

To Phil he is just another "potential contributor."

Not a human being, not someone with his own opinion, just someone who owes him money.

So the moment it seems like he is wising up, Phil does what he does best and whips him.

Hoping he will come crawling back, and become even more submissive then he already was.

This is the cycle of his chat, people get banned left and right from the littlest of things, and they all come crawling back.

SnowKarl is a good example of a whipped viewer, he has been banned over and over, yet he is back again.

So count on AlwaysHotTea coming back either under a sock, or groveling infront of Phil for the unban.

Seriously though, it worries me that there are people out there you "enjoy" being bullied and walked over...

I wonder how far that goes, honestly. Him not realizing that he is gay is something that I think might actually hold some water. Think about how often he seems to recreate things that have happened in a totally mystifying way. There's a distinction where I think he's lying or wrong (losing Twitch partnership) and times where I wonder about his perception of reality (any of the I did nothing wrong times in games or life where he seems convinced he was totally in the right), but I also see a third situation where it makes me wonder how he sees reality, and more importantly how he sees himself. We go back and forth about how he has this disorder or that disorder but the thing that I would really love a real answer to gets lumped into that discussion: what is Phil's perception of self?

If you forced me to, I can explain what I think I'm about. What my values are, what my interests are, strengths and weaknesses, insecurities and confidences, and most importantly why. I don't think Phil could answer any of those, or explain the whys. I don't think he's ever taken more than a second to be introspective, or to ask himself what he wants out of life, or who he wants to be. I don't know how or why, but I don't think he has a perception of self beyond that of a child: everything is outside of his control, and nothing has consequences or at least they shouldn't have consequences for him.

Should note, not a psychologist, I just think about the concept of self a lot.

EDIT:
@Frogga I'm aiming this at you since everyone is quoting the wrong person. Have a great day bud.

One of Phil’s big problems is that his concept of self is way off from reality:

He’s a tough guy who’ll kick your ass, not a paranoid pussy who lives like a hermit.

He’s a successful streamer and businessman, not someone who declared bankruptcy and barely pulls 2-300 people per stream.

Etc. Etc.

That leads to a lot of anger and self hatred that Phil’s tries to direct outwards.

At the same time he has managed to construct a life and reality where he has mostly insulated himself from anything that contradict his (imagined) concept of self.

That of course only exacerbates things, since it’s a pitiful isolated life, and he’s never forced to confront himself or make positive changes.

Hey, you wanted to sperge some psychology, there ya go!

Having said that: Is Phil gay? No, his scat-focus is just the result of a very immature humor (and personality) since he has literally managed to build a Berlin Wall against personal growth.

He has a screwed up relationship with sex, partly because of his childhood and immaturity, partly because of self sterilization through a shitty unhealthy lifestyle and probably depression/anxiety.

Phil triggered to the max by this question -wonderful.

It's been said so many times before but I'll reiterate; This fucktard needs a few solid punches in the mouth.

I would happily volunteer, to be honest. And it’s really not to see him physically hurt, it’s a feeling of “MAYBE. HOPEFULLY. This could knock some sense into him/wake him up…” because the guy has completely fucking lost the plot.

But he just lied said the other day that not one, but TWO companies offered him sponsorship but he turned them down. 🤔
Now that can’t be right, because Phil LITERALLY just said today that he hates shills because it’s important to him to be truthful and hahnest with his audience.

"I'm not gonna shill for a product just for a paycheck, you guys know I'm not like that!"
*less than 5 seconds later*
"Hori is an amazing company, I LOVE THEIR JOYCONS"

Hori isn't sponsoring him and he's shilling for them.
Didn't he get the joycons for free? Indeed a shill

At this point Phil could probably monetize this: 100$ for a slap, 250$ for a kick in the balls, 500$ for a smack right in the kisser.

THINK ABOUT IT PHIL! That’s like 8 hours of “work” in a few minutes!

forgot how awful phil is at this game.

not even in a "dies over and over" way, but in a "this is a beautiful combat system made horribly boring"

there's a movie in the game called Heavenly Rebuke. The move is unblockable but deals like, triple damage to enemies who've already had their guard broken.

phil apparently stopped reading at "unblockable" because i've seen him use it 4 times in a row.

it's not pretty.

Normally I don't condone violence, but that's a tempting offer. As long as he pays for the flight to the States.

"The reason for your stay in the United States?" "Gotta smack the gout out of an asshole."

Phil talking right now about how if when he lost his helicopter job he wasn't able to turn his hobby of streaming into a 'career', his life would have been 'ruined forever, I would have been completely screwed'.

It seems to me that it was his decision to do that that was what 'completely screwed' him. He went into it with no backup plan or intention of using it to learn new skills that he could build on (something like video editing) like a lot of actually successful content creators have done. He struck gold, and the only thing he did with it was to live extravagantly with the attitude that it was going to last forever. He got a few debt free years where he could live like a big shot and then made the ridiculous choice to move into a big shot house with his girlfriend, immediately putting himself into new debt and cutting ties with anybody who was an actual friend who could maybe call him out of hold him accountable for his bad decisions.

If he instead had used the prosperous time he was so fortunate to have after losing a job when things were hard all over and during which he was able to pay all his bills and still have plenty leftover to save for the future, he could also have been pursuing, in his off time, something that utilized his education and degree long-term that would have given him some stability.

There's nothing wrong with lucking into something like making thousands a month for streaming games especially if it's something you really enjoyed, like I assume it was for him at the beginning. That's a dream come true for a lot of people. His mistake was treating it as if it would go on forever with no additional effort needed on his part. He refused to learn even the basics of what his new 'career' entailed when it came to technical skills, he refused to listen to anyone who suggested he do things differently instead of having someone that he could have honest conversations with about the best way to do things (because then he'd have to share some of the profits of his success with them probably), and he never thought about what he'd if things didn't remain exactly as they were ('there never WAS a 'plan B'')

Getting into streaming wasn't the biggest mistake he ever made, but everything about the way he did it was. The sad thing is that he's so deluded himself that all the major things that have gone wrong in his life are the fault of other people, he'd probably say, 'If I had to do it all over again, I'd make the same decision'.

Very nice toxicity
Clip a mirror, not DSP. As soon as the stream ends he deletes these and they just turn into broken links.

These are good clips though, thank you.

Take a sip you sleezy asshole. Shoutouts to Kiwifarms! *t-pose*

RIP Timbo
